Delivery

After confirmation of the order and payment, the delivery time is 3 months. Once the goods have been handed over to our carrier, delivery generally takes place the following week if conditions are favourable.

Our partner will contact you to set up a convenient time. Once the appointment has been made, our carrier will be responsible for delivery. During delivery, two delivery drivers will be on hand to transport your order to your chosen location. They will also take care of on-site installation and, if required, will assemble the product.

We can also arrange for one or more additional delivery personnel to install your furniture. It is essential to check the weight of each item before delivery. If an item exceeds the maximum load of 50 kg per delivery person, it will be necessary to provide additional delivery personnel or on-site staff to ensure safe transport. Please inform us in advance of any additional requirements based on the weight of the items to be delivered. As the furniture is relatively heavy, it is necessary to plan ahead to avoid any inconvenience and to ensure that the delivery is carried out in the best possible conditions.

Returns

It is crucial that you examine the goods for conformity at the time of delivery. If you detect any defects in the furniture, please report them immediately on the delivery form and take photographs to document the issue. Failure to notify us immediately will invalidate our liability or that of the carrier for any defects found after delivery. This step is essential to ensure that any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Please pay particular attention to this matter.

In the event of an apparent defect in the Products duly noted by the Buyer in accordance with the conditions and formalities indicated above, the Seller undertakes to replace the Products delivered as soon as possible and at its own expense, or to reimburse the Buyer if the Products are no longer available. No return of goods will be accepted without the Seller’s prior agreement. Any non-conforming Product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and any other documents that may have been supplied.
